Privacy Notice
A plain-language explanation of what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it is handled.
Who this notice applies to
This Privacy Notice explains how SG Thrive handles personal information collected through this website. It applies to visitors who read our pages and to anyone who sends us an enquiry through our contact form.
SG Thrive is a sole proprietorship operated by Narasimha Murthy, India. You can reach the owner at [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, business email address, organisation (if you provide it), the type of enquiry, and the description of your project or question.
The form also includes a note that you agreed to this notice before sending. That note travels with your message, so we can show that you agreed.
Our hosting provider also handles the technical data any website receives, such as your IP address and browser type, in order to deliver the pages to you.
Why we use it
Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, to understand what you need, and to manage any resulting conversation or working relationship.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tracking. If analytics are introduced in future, this notice, and, where required, a consent mechanism, will be updated before they are enabled.
Fonts are served from this site. Some images are loaded from an external image hosting service, which can see your IP address when your browser requests them.
Where your enquiry goes
We do not run our own enquiry database. When you send the contact form, your message goes to Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which emails it to our [email protected] inbox. That inbox is hosted by Proton, an email provider based in Switzerland. This website is hosted on Cloudflare.
Web3Forms keeps a copy of form submissions for up to 3 years by default. We may shorten that period.
Who can see it
Your enquiry can be read by the owner of SG Thrive. The service providers named above (Web3Forms, Proton and Cloudflare) handle it only to deliver, store or host it for us.
This site is served over HTTPS. We do not ask for confidential information, passwords or payment details through the contact form, and we ask that you do not send them.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails only for as long as they are needed to handle your enquiry and any related work, and then delete them. The Web3Forms copy is kept for up to 3 years by default, unless we shorten it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email [email protected] or use the contact form. When you ask for deletion, we delete your enquiry from our inbox and ask Web3Forms to remove its copy.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and professional users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this notice
If our practices change, for example, if we begin offering products for sale or introduce analytics, this notice will be updated and the revised version published on this page.
